Its predecessor of the company set up in China in 2005.The company has plentiful petrochemical product resource relationships with Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Africa area and other countries. It is an international trading company of Oil and Gas as well as Petrochemical Products with a very wide range of energetic resources as the background basis on state-owner.
The company's leading operation direction is focus on developing variety of petroleum products, gas energy and related fine chemical products together with Saudi Aramco Petrochemical Company. It will provide the domestic customers with petrochemical product resource as an agent of importing services, at the same time, the company also has the cooperation relationship with domestic large petrochemical product transportation fleet, which can deliver the products required by customers to the major ports in China , it has signed a long-term strategic cooperation frame agreement with China's large petrochemical companies, so that the company can easily and quickly allocate resources and coordinate supply in the bonded areas set up in China's major port.
The major founders of the company has worked in petroleum refining and processing enterprises for more than 30 years with plentiful experiences, for long time they has studied the resources of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and other multinational oil companies. They has in-depth contacted with Saudi Aramco and Qatar oil and other large-scale overseas petrochemical product’s enterprises. The company currently operates or has been involved in Crude oil, Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), Liquefied natural gas (LNG), Refined oil and Light cycle oil, Fuel oil, Asphalt, Petroleum coke. At same time the post ether C4, C9, mixed aromatics and variety of cycle hydrocarbon products is also carried out.
